The Strategic Planning Office presents the overall future vision of the National Strategic Technology Research Institute and establishes the strategies needed to achieve its goals.
Key Responsibilities
Establishing and Operating the Institute's Vision
· Setting out the long-term goals and direction of the Institute
· Building the Institute's core competencies and operating its performance management system
Supporting Joint Research Project Calls
· Building infrastructure for joint research projects with Harvard, MIT, and Stanford
· Providing personnel and facility support for joint research projects
Planning the Institute's Symposia and Events
· Planning and hosting symposium events
Operating and Supporting Overseas Hub Centers
· Operating the Boston Office and dispatching personnel
